Direction for Use :
Take 200gm. cauliflower and 200gm. potatoes both sliced in four cups of water and cook it under pressure. Strain this and keep aside.Fry two large chopped onions in cup of oil till brown, add paste of one large onion, one inch fresh ginger and four cloves of garlic. Saute for 10minutes. Add one Tablespoon of turmeric, coriander and black pepper powder with tomato puree (250 gms.) and saute it. Next add the cauliflower, potatoes and strained water. Finally add salt to taste and 1½ Tablespoon of Kitchen Queen Garam Masala. Stir and cook for 3minutes. Remove from fire. Cover it for 5minutes. and it is ready to serve.
For 500gms. of vegetables approximately 1½Tablespoon Garam Masala is needed.
