Travel fund is provided to Qualified Bronze Director and above. It is based on Point Sharing System. Travel Fund allocates 2% of total Co's Monthly Business Volume. Travel Fund values per point which may vary each month and is computed on monthly basis as per below shown formula:
The Travel Fund (TF) is based on Director Bonus Qualification
The Travel Fund can only be used for Travel Trips announced by the Company.
The Travel Fund is not cashable.
Car Fund (CF) is provided to Qualified Gold Directors and above. This is also based on Point Sharing System.
To Qualify for Car Fund (CF)
Must have Monthly Personal Purchase of 500BV.
To enjoy the benefit of car fund he/she has to maintain the Gold Directorship.
Rs. 50,000/- per month is the maximum limit that he/she can earn in car fund.
Flabia Fresh also provides House Fund to the Qualified Crown Director and above. This is also based on point sharing system. The Company allocates 3% of Total Company's BV.
To Qualify for House Fund (HF)
To enjoy benefit of house fund, he/she has to maintain the Crown Directorship.
Rs. 1 Lac per month is maximum he/she can earn in house fund.
Flabia Fresh also provides Royalty Bonus to the Qualified Crown Directors & above. This is also based on point sharing system. The Company allocates 4% of Total Yearly Company's BV.
Must have minimum 6 qualified Directors (minimum 30000 BV) from different wings through his down line.
To get this Bonus, one must achieve at least 30 Royalty Points (one qualified Director with 90000 BV = 1 RP) in a financial Year (April to next Year March closing).
1 RP = One qualified Director with 90000 BV
For RBA2, RBA3, RBA4 Value per RP will be calculated according to the percentage table.

RBA = Royalty Bonus Achiever
